In our first session, I’ll learn about you, your life, and the challenges bringing you to therapy. We’ll also discuss what you want to accomplish and the goals that will get you there.
You’ll set the agenda and decide how much or how little you’re comfortable sharing. If you’re a bit reticent, that’s okay. You can share more as you get to know me and feel ready. There’s no rush.
I always do my best to ease your nervousness, fear, or anxiety and make you comfortable.
